Schedule of Events

2:30pm - 3:30pm: Check in at Gallery House (1901 Jackson St, Alexandria, LA). All painters must get their canvases stamped before painting begins at 3:30PM 

3:30pm - 5:30pm: Timed painting 

5:30pm - 6:00pm: Turn in finished works 

6:30pm: Juror presentation and awards announced

7:00pm - 9:00pm: Dinner with the artists

Disclaimers and Information

Student registration includes (1) entry to dinner 

Participants to provide their own materials. 

Medium Information: works can be done on canvas, paper, or canvasboard in oil, watercolor, graphite, pastels, or acrylics.

Map of acceptable painting locations to be provided day of event.
